We are currently seeking the services of a client service personnel that will oversee rendering general administrative support to clients and ensuring the delivery of outstanding customer service.
- HND / B.Sc in a relevant field
- 1-3 years of work experience
- Proven work experience as a Customer Service Representative,
- Administrative Assistant, or relevant role
- Computer literacy (MS Office applications, in particular)
- Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects
- Strong phone, email, and in-person communication skills
- Good understanding of office administration and basic bookkeeping practices.
- Superb written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office programs.
