Dr. Ogu is a renowned expert in human resources, learning and development, executive coaching, talent management, and behavioural change management with over 17 years of experience across diverse industries, markets, and cultures.

He is currently the Head, Culture and Employee Experience at Polaris Bank Limited and serves as an Elected Council Member on the Governing Council of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (CIPM). He also serves on the Board of Directors of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) Nigeria Charter Chapter as the Finance Director with oversight responsibility for finance and corporate governance matters.
