Talent PEO Africa is an African-based Employer of Record with its headquarters in Nigeria. As we are a professional employment organization, this means in order to help our clients, we will need to obtain certain information.

Where we need to transfer your data to another country, we will seek your consent and ensure that such country has an adequate data protection law. To protect your personal information we also ensure that safeguards such as firewalls, and encryption, amongst others, are in place.
8.0 How We Share your information within Talent PEO Africa and other usersDuring your interaction with our website or premises, we may provide your information to selected third parties, including “data processors” such as our service providers, wealth screening companies, associated organisations and agents who help us to prepare and send the materials relating to our projects and fundraising activities. These “data processors” will only act under our instruction and we will ensure that your data is kept secure.
We may also share your personal information in compliance with National or international laws, crime prevention and risk management agencies and service providers.
You accept that your pictures and testimonials on all social media platforms about Talent PEO Africa can be used for limited promotional purposes by us. This does not include your trademark or copyrighted materials. From time to time we may send you relevant information such as newsletters, statutorily mandated notices and essential information to aid the implementation of our objectives.
9.0 Data Confidentiality RightsYour information is considered confidential and it will only be used for the purposes for which it was obtained. Talent PEO Africa will not, under any circumstances, divulge, share or sell your personal data with any third party for marketing purposes and you will not receive offers from other companies or organizations as a result of giving your details to us.
You have the right to request sight of, and copies of any and all information we keep on you if such requests are made in compliance with the Freedom of Information Act and other relevant enactments.
While Talent PEO Africa is responsible for safeguarding the information entrusted to us, you equally have a role in fulfilling confidentiality duties which include enforcing the appropriate security measures such as non-sharing of passwords and other platform login details, amongst others.
